Ignite Your Light

Join Sandra and Anna for this gorgeous, relaxing, creative day retreat to recharge and reboot.

We'll greet you at Bloomsburys Retreat Centre in Biddenden.

We will begin with a Crystal Sound and Light Language Transmission to release anything that won't serve us as we open the day with intentions and sharing our focus for our day together.

Anna will then guide us into a process of movement and flow to continue the release from our physical form and releasing, shifting stuck energy using our intuitive movement practices. She will then guide you through some more passive and then holotropic breath work.

Lunch will be prepared and provided for us by Bloomsburys kitchen.

After lunch we will stir and let our creative juices flow with various drawing mediums (provided) to channel light language creating our own images using Sandra's light language and singing. There will be plenty of time and opportunity to sit / meditate with your images, enabling you to intuit what your drawings and codes symbolise and mean for you.

We will crystalize the day with a Crystal Sonic Sound Bath and Light Transmission, sealing the space and downloading new information to your system, upgrading and uplifting, igniting what needs to come forward to enable you to step further into your power, your purpose, your soul's mission.

We create more time to share and then say our goodbyes.
