Description

Hello. My name is Susie Asli. I'm a mindfulness coach, psychotherapist and musician (viola and voice). I love all three of my hats and wear them regularly; sometimes in combination and sometimes separately.

I teach mindfulness courses, workshops and sessions to groups of adults, teens & children in schools, and in workplaces. I also offer 1-to-1s and smaller groups, such as families and couples.

Mindfulness saved my life at a time when my marriage dramatically fell apart and I was left looking after 3 children, aged 3 and under, in a foreign country. I hadn't been practicing long at the time, but I credit mindfulness - and particularly the power of living moment by moment - with how I got through the hardest of those days. And I have practiced and built on this foundation ever since.

As a trained psychotherapist, I also offer Mindful Therapy, which I experience as being truly transformative. Becoming more aware of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions and learning how to reduce our automatic responses can completely change the quality of our lives.

It is my absolute belief that it is only when we feel seen, heard and accepted just as we are, that we can heal and thrive. So the healing space I offer is full of empathy, compassion and always non-judgemental. It is also fun and light-hearted, as that is also who I am.
