Paula has been on her own journey of spiritual development and self-discovery for 30 years, but it was only when she came across the "I Love You, Me" Method in 2020, that Paula finally got to the root of her struggles.

As a qualified, Trauma Informed and Transformational Self-Love Coach and through her own personal journey of transformations and releasing past life and childhood trauma, Paula is passionate about holding a safe space to help others with their own self-empowering journey and assist with overcoming personal struggles and pain.

Paula is also a Light Language Channel and Activator and facilitates 1:1 Energy Healing Sessions with Sound Bowls and Crystals.

Paula also offers a 3 Month Transformational Program, "Mastering the Inner Self Through a Journey of Self-Love".
