Delia Rosenboom

Hi! I am Delia and I love helping groups and individuals to build radiant health and gain a more abundant experience of life. For the last 35 years I have worked holistically at the integrative interface of mind-body-energy-and-emotions, combining my skills to enhance physical freedom, comfort and ease, to grow a positive mindset, to increase energy levels and to optimise overall vibrational frequency.

I am based in Forest Row and offer Bioresonance scans and treatment options, Alexander Technique, Coaching, Mental Fitness, ‘The Journey’ (Brandon Bays healing) and Community Singing Groups.

I also offer mentoring and support to therapists and run a professional teacher-training program in the Alexander Technique.
