Description

Tilia, derived from the Latin word for Lime, signifies the sacred bond between yoga and nature. Through teaching yoga, conducting foraging walks, and facilitating forest therapy sessions, I strive to help you create an unbreakable connection to Mother Earth. This is yoga in its entirety—being fully attuned and connected to the nurturing embrace of our planet. Through yoga and nature immersion I  help people to discover their true nature.

I have spent 10 years working with to nature based and  environmental organisations: The conservation Volunteers, The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and Kent Wildlife Trust.

I am a Level 3 Forest School leader which involves nurturing children to free play in the forest and find their confidence and talents in a natural environment. I am currently qualified  Forest Therapy facilitator  and  have a foundation qualification in Western herbal Medicine. My foraging journey has taken place over the last 11 years , slowly  getting to know nature  and learning how to how to use wild food for health and wellness. This experience has helped me to create  and foster a deep connection to the land which I am able to share with you today.
